The Tea Room Announces New Head Chef and New Pastry Shoppe
With the addition of Erik Natvik as Head Chef, The Tea Room promises
to expand guests’ culinary horizons with an enhanced menu and
weekend dinner hours. Classically trained, Chef Natvik has lived and
traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean, incorporating
regional influences in each of his dishes. He’s renowned for his soups
and stews, as well as his playful twists on British favorites such as

An Old English Candlelight Dinner on Saturday, December 5.
A Celebration of Christmas on the Hill Sunday, December 6, when
caroling Minstrels adorned in Dickens-era costumes will stroll around
the restaurant and gardens from 12-5pm and a traditional Afternoon Tea
