The Tea Room Announces New Executive Chef

(March 19, 2010 - Mobile, Alabama)  The Tea Room offers a dining experience that takes guests to a land far away and to a time long ago. Now, with the addition of Kevin Brooks as Executive Chef, The Tea Room promises to expand guests’ culinary horizons with an enhanced menu and weekend dinner hours.

Classically trained, Chef Brooks owned Blu Bistro for five years, incorporating regional influences in each of his dishes. He’s renowned for his soups and stews, and looks forward to introducing playful twists on British favorites such as steak and mushroom pie. more>>
